Do You Know Your Life’s Purpose?

Today, we begin a new series that will help you find greater meaning in your life called, The Power of Vision. Let’s begin with one, simple question:

Do you clearly know your life’s purpose?

If you do not know the answer or if you find yourself giving a vague answer, then you are not alone. Many people struggle to find their life’s purpose. Even as a young Christian, I heard a teacher confidently tell me, “God has a plan for your life,” but it took me many years to discover that plan.

Jeremiah 29:11 says,

For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.

When you discover your life’s purpose, your life will take on greater meaning, your happiness will increase, and you will be on a path to reach your fullest potential.

Each week during this series, we will give you an action step to discovering God’s vision for your life. This week is a call to prayer, an invitation to ask God to reveal His greater purposes for your life.

Spend time praying this week that God would reveal His plans to you. Do you already know the answer, or are you searching?
