There is no doubt that there are battles in life we all must fight. It is non-negotiable. Ephesians 6:12 says, "For our struggle is not against flesh and blood.. but against the spiritual forces of evil." In these battles, you are challenged to fight against temptation, your fleshly nature, and the fallen structures and enticements of this world.
You have an enemy who comes to kill, steal, and destroy... who prowls about like a roaring lion, a sworn adversary both to our God and to mankind. The Bible says to "fight the good fight of faith," but you cannot avoid the battle.
With the Good Shepherd leading the way, you will find victory.
The Good Shepherd is the One who leads you to places of victory. As such, it is so important to seek God in times of conflict. Psalm 23 says He prepares for you a feast as your enemies observe. He anoints your head as one especially chosen. Your blessings overflow, and His goodness and mercy never end. The Good Shepherd is always faithful.
God will take your battlefields and turn them into banquet tables.
In the very presence of your enemies, He prepares a celebration for you! Your enemies cannot keep you from enjoying the delights God provides.
He also anoints you. Biblical anointing was for the sufficient authority and power needed for a specific role or task or healing. In the battle, you have the anointing of God. He provides healing for your wounds and all the resources you need for protection when you engage in battle.
Dare to Ask God to guide you through your current conflicts and struggles to the promises of His victory.
