Christian leadership training that makes an impact.

Leadership empowered by the Holy Spirit is the single most important factor impacting the acceleration of the spread of the Gospel. Because of this, more than 450,000 Christians from around the world have taken part in ILI's Eight Core Values leadership training.  The Eight Core Values are powerful, transformational tools for church leaders that result in reaching the lost and advancing the spread of the Gospel.

  • Join a GoTeam to discover the transformational outcomes ILI training is having in communities around the world. GoTeam members from your church participate as learners, facilitators, and prayer team members for a History Makers Training Conference hosted by one of our National Teams.
