Dear ILI Team,
The ILI Board is writing to update you regarding ILI's important leadership transition. After careful consideration during his sabbatical, Wes Griffin has decided not to return to the organization. We respect his decision and are grateful for his many years of service, passion, and dedication to ILI and its mission. We have all been impacted and inspired by the way Wes said “Yes” to serving God through ILI.
It is truly amazing to see what our awesome God has accomplished through Wes and Joy Griffin, the ILI staff team, partners, and volunteers around the world over these last 26 years - all Glory to Him!
Looking ahead, we are excited to announce Daniel Drewski's promotion to the role of President/Chief Executive Officer. As you know, Daniel has been serving as the interim leader for the past seven months and has been a valued part of the team for several years. He has demonstrated exceptional leadership, a deep commitment to the mission, and a clear vision for the future. We have prayerfully considered this decision and are confident that, under Daniel’s leadership, through constant prayer and with God’s continued favor, ILI will continue to grow and thrive, remaining focused on the core values and mission that have always guided God’s work through ILI.
ILI remains strong, and the team is committed to continuing the impactful work we have been called to do together with all of you.
