The International Leadership Institute (ILI) is excited to announce that Charles Cross from Spring, Texas has been named ILI’s Vice-President of Strategic Growth and an International Director. Charles is responsible for equipping leaders and spreading the Gospel around the world.

As a missionary staff member, Charles and Amy must raise prayer and full financial support for his position.

Charles and Amy have been married for nearly 30 years, and they have six children: Claire, Elle, Sophie, Thomas, Audrey, and George, who keep their lives full, joyful, and exciting!

They served for close to twenty years on the field in France plus over five years in the US with Greater Europe Mission, where God used their passion to spread the Gospel to impact countless lives for Christ. As ILI’s VP for Strategic Growth, God will use Charles and Amy to “go and make disciples of all nations” while also maximizing their passion for the French-speaking world.
