Al VomSteeg is the Senior International Director for ILI, and he has a passion for discipleship. When Al first connected with Wes Griffin, ILI President, he recognized the need for simple yet effective leadership around the world. He sensed Wes’ passion and the Lord’s direction in developing the ILI model for multiplication of leadership. He now travels the world mentoring leaders and encouraging the work of making disciples in the Church at large.
