Kyle Phillips is a pastor in Tehachapi, California and serves as the ILI Director for the USA. He has a passion to see the Church in the USA equipped with leaders who understand the central task of making disciples and raising them up to be true Kingdom leaders.

Kyle’s desire is to network together passionate men and women who share a vision for a fully alive Church.
